The Calpeda mèta-s pump system is an all-in-one home pressure water pump suitable for boosting mains pressure via a cold water storage tank for domestic systems fitted with either a combi boiler or unvented cylinder.
The meta-s pump can supply up to 48 litres per minute and maintain a water pressure of 3.0 bar; more than enough to supply 3 standard showers simultaneously. At lower flow rates, the pump can achieve pressures of up to 4.7 bar.
The pump is powered by a state-of-the-art motor with a variable speed drive, which not only means it’s energy efficient, it also maintains a constant water pressure regardless of the number of outlets being supplied at the same time.
Its compact size allows it to be fitted in the smallest of spaces and it’s quiet operation means it can be installed in a utility room or cupboard space.
Also, the Calpeda mèta-s pump system is KUKreg4 approved meaning it’s suitable for use on drinking water applications.
As with any pump capable of delivering more than 12 litres per minute, to comply with water regulations the unit must be fed from a cold water storage tank.
