The Ebara GPE E-Tank system comprises of a submersible pump fitted within the cold water storage tank and controlled via the Ebara E-SPD+ variable speed controller mounted on top of the tank. This design not only significantly reduces the operating noise of the pump but also offers a much smaller footprint size in comparison to a traditional booster set mounted at the side of the tank, ideal where space is at a premium.

The Ebara E-SPD+ air cooled variable speed drive automatically controls the operation of the pump via a signal from a pipework mounted pressure transducer.

The backlit display screen on the unit shows the current status on operating frequency, system pressure and running amps. Additionally, the unit has a comprehensive fault sensing system that protects against excess current, temperature & voltage as well as alarms to indicate low water pressure or transducer fault as well as many other conditions.
